The Bright Thinking in Solar

Ground Mount Solutions

Our ground arrays start at 3 kilowatts, but are only limited by the size of your site. Big power production requires reliable components to ensure your array can be assembled with full confidence and will maintain its integrity through many years.

Use the SolarMount bottom-clip mounting option to pre-assemble rows for large arrays, a huge cost savings for large commercial projects. Cover landfill sites with rows of our Ground Mount solutions, turning previously unused land into an energy-making opportunity. Combine U-LA components with installer-supplied steel pipe to create a cost-effective mounting solution that has grown with the vision of the PV industry.

Regardless of your choice, Unirac provides a ten year limited warranty for all of our systems. If your project requires a custom-engineered solution, we have a team of certified PEs, draftsmen and designers that can help you with your plans.

Unirac Large Array (U-LA)

Megawatts of experience

Unirac Large Arrays start at 3 kilowatts, but their size is limited only by the size of your ground site or the structural strength of your flat roof. We design U-LAs for a wider range of site and climactic challenges than any other PV structure on the market.

Case Study

Case Study: Barrier Islands Hybrid Plant

New Jersey's Barrier Islands proved to be a challenging setting for a hybrid wind-solar power plant. SolarMount HD (heavy-duty) rails allowed long spans that minimized steel supports to reduce cost on the carport canopy. The system's bottom-mounting module clips sped pre-panelization of long rows of PV modules, which were lifted into place by cranes. Alternity Power placed as many as five 18-panel rows per day. Unirac designed and fabricated custom standoffs with tilted flanges and double wide L-feet especially for the carport.
